Applicant email processing

If you need to send out an email to a large group of applicants, you have to select 50 applicants at time. Then go page 2 and select 50 more. This is cumbersome when you have pages of applicants.
Have a button that asks, "Would you like to send this email to the other XXX number of applicants? "
