Problem:

"Because I have made lots of saved grid views for committees, it would be a wonderful feature to be able to unselect ALL grid view items and then just select the ones you want to see in the view."

Currently:

"As it is now, all of the grid view items are selected and then I have to go through all 80 of them and deselect all but the 10 I want to see. It is definitely a tedious task."
