I feel like reporting with this software is made cumbersome. In order for us to run an extract or download data out of this system it has to be done in batches. Which then requires us to download and copy and paste multiple csv files into one shee...

They would like a tool similar to the post acceptance copier, but for in system offer letters. The process of updating these can be tedious and difficult on a spreadsheet.

Allow users to assign points to profile & opp specific questions to give an automatically calculated aggregate score of an applicant as opposed to the subjective rubrics.l

They would like the ability to sort award periods in a similar way as the general application questions.

They would like the review assignments to be truly random. Essentially, the reviews get distributed in a certain order that is less than ideal. This problem could be equally solved by allowing them to change the order of the reviewers.

Add ability to sort the Award Period menu OR display the active Award Periods at the top of the menu so that the user doesn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom of a very long menu list to find the current award period.

Their OA's have complained about not being able to see the full text of a question in the question box. Current workaround is scrolling over to view it in its entirety.
